"Axus D2 Keyboard Review"
I got myself an Axus D2 keyboard through their eBay site. Unfortunately, it arrived with a bit of damage on one of the panels, probably because the delivery folks were a tad careless.

I called up Norman's right away, and they shipped out a replacement part on the same day. Their customer service was top-notch. Honestly, you can shop with confidence from this company, thanks to their awesome prices and the best customer service I've seen in ages.

"Awful support and misleading sales."
The customer service is just dreadful. Watch out when considering leasing an instrument, as they market it as a budget-friendly option for kids to learn, but it's really a scam. I ended up shelling out almost twice what I would have spent if I had bought the instrument outright. To top it off, they wanted me to return the instrument without even offering a chance to keep it, despite having taken over £500 from me.

"1/4 Size Red Guitar from 3rd Avenue"
I discovered the 3rd Avenue 1/4 size red guitar for my grandson. Before I hit that order button, I called Normans, and they confirmed it was available and would arrive in just 2 days. Plus, no delivery fees! So, I went ahead and ordered it, and true to their word, it showed up right on time. Absolutely fantastic! It was well packaged and the shiny red finish is just gorgeous. It even has a built-in amp. Totally rocking! What a great service!

"Affordable Instrument with Some Flaws"
This instrument is a decent deal for the price, but it does have a few issues. The finish has some defects, and the action on the fretboard is a bit high, so it’ll need some adjustments. I had the first string snap while tuning, and there’s a noticeable crack where the neck meets the body. One of the machine head buttons is a little loose too. On the plus side, it comes with a good gig bag, and the folks I dealt with were really nice. I've played various instruments for years, but I'm just starting out with the mandolin, so I’ll see how I do with this one.

"Disappointed"
I had a rough time with this purchase, unfortunately - mostly due to DPD rather than Normans. The guitar showed up on time, but the packaging was in really bad shape (we all know DPD's not the best) and the guitar itself had some minor damage. They were willing to send a replacement, but I had to be home for DPD on two different days since they wouldn't set up collection and redelivery on the same day. Eventually, we decided to drive to their location to exchange the damaged guitar for a new one. We set a specific date and time, but when we got there, the place was locked up tight. We left a frustrated note in their mailbox, and just ten minutes later, they called to say they had been there the whole time, so we had to turn back. No offer of any compensation for all that hassle and the gas for a special trip to Burton. Not happy with this experience, to be honest.
